A holiday cottage sleeping 3 in the heart of Castleton, Hope Valley, Derbyshire.

This delightful 300 year old cottage has been recently refurbished and offers comfortable and convenient accommodation in the centre of Castleton village, one of the most popular holiday locations in the Peak District National Park.

The cottage sleeps up to 3 people in one double and one single bedroom and has a small external patio and use of a garden. The cottage is centrally heated and heating and all bedding and linen are included. A permit for the High Peak car park, 70 yards away is also provided.

Castleton has numerous popular tourist attractions, including a ruined medieval castle, several caverns and spectacular scenery.

The area is a walkers’ paradise, with numerous walking routes right from the door, over the local hills of Mam Tor, Lose Hill, Win Hill and Kinder Scout. There are also many local cycling routes, and mountain biking is very popular in this area of the Peak District.

Castleton is a well-placed centre from which to explore the Peak District National Park which has many attractions including great houses, old churches and interesting towns as well as magnificent scenery.
